Where SafeAxis Group makes applications available to you for trial, demonstration, or licensed use, separate application licence terms apply. By accessing an application you may be required to agree to those terms before use.
Our productised applications are designed to run within the client's own environment with embedded knowledge layers. Specific application behaviour, data flows, and licensed scope are described in the application licence agreement provided when access is granted.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this website — including the SafeAxis Group name and brand, the SafeAxis, MediaAxis, CareerAxis, and FinanceAxis sub-brand names, our logo, our written content, our visual design, and our application interfaces — is the intellectual property of Safeaxis Group FZC or its licensors. You may view and reasonably reference the content for your own informational purposes. Any other use, including reproduction, redistribution, or derivative works, requires our prior written consent.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SafeAxis Group is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information presented on this website outside the scope of a signed engagement.
